Sports Training

Movement is a teachable and translatable skill. Although all sports require their own unique skill set, the mechanics behind each movement are what make the difference between a good athlete and a great one. As a trainer, my goal is to work on creating a foundation based on core movement mechanics in order to achieve power and finesse in sport while reducing risk of injury.

Dynamic Edge Fitness is pleased to provide opportunities for private and group training for athletes and teams. Training will be variable dependent on the sport and desired outcomes.
